The Citadel was the former administrative center of Baron Bakholis, however since his demise, it is now the guardhouse of Karina.[1][2] As of the time of Gazetteer IV, Malocchio Aderre is back to using it as an administrative center again,though he retains a jailhouse and a tower for the torture of prisoners there.[3]
Manfred Taige was Chief Steward to Bakholis. He was killed in the fire at The Citadel and now haunts the guardhouse as a ghost.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
