Originally from Dementlieu, Doctor Despini-Hoyer runs a hospital in Ungrad. She has also taken the place of her husband, Felix Hoyer, after the latter's demise. She specializes in using fungal treatments for white fever.[1]
As a dread possibility, she is an agent of Baron Urik von Kharkov called to Ungrad to keep Felix Hoyer's bloodlust in check. Although he met his demise at the hands of adventurers, she was wily enough to escape. She now limits her feeding to her patients.[1]
