Dr. Simone Couture is a surgeon who resides in Mortigny, Richemulot. She was also the object of desire from two men. The first was Dr. Alfonz Temator, long-term partner in medicine with (unknown to her) romantic feelings for her. The second, [[Gaston {Lothario)|Gaston]], was a new and recent flame whom (also unknown to Simone) was merely loving her because she fulfilled his lusts at the moment. Gaston and Alfonz eventually faced each other in a duel to the death over Simone. Both shot each other to death.][1]
Wracked with grief, in the end Dr. Couture wanted them both. She created the Gestalt dread flesh golem from their remains.][1]
