The Runt[1] is one of the Skurra in Carnival. He was formerly enslaved by Dr. Emil Bollenbach, but he eventually escaped after being saved by the Blade Brothers. He has been duped by Professor Pacali into being his assistant in the Hall of Horrors. However, unlike his previous master, Pacali does not abuse him and instead rewards him with candy. Thus, the Runt is loyal to Pacali beyond dispute.
