Felix Hoyer was the previous mayor of Ungrad. However, he was a nosferatu, and his bloodthirst was too great to conceal. He eventually fell tot he stakes of adventurers. However, Doctor Antianetta Despini-Hoyer survived and succeeded him in office.[1]

Felix was a large man, both in height and girth. He dressed extravagantly and carried a magical dagger called Wolfkiller, to which he used to slay wolves to win the favor of the people. (Wolves that he summoned and controlled).[2] Despite his gluttonous streak (which was corrected with punishment from Baron von Kharkov and supervision by Dr. Despini-Hoyer), Felix was ultimately an expert manipulator and administrator of the town.[3]

Felix's demise came from a curse laid upon him by the Vistani woman Awilda as revenge for the murder of her daughter Eliza and subsequent transformation into a vampire.[4]
