Majenka is a priestess and a herbalist who resides in Port d'Elhour (or another fishing village of the DM's choice). To make her herbal concotions, Majenka requires herbs from an sea-bound island. However, for unknown reasons, she can't travel through the water to get to these herbs. 
Perhaps this is due to a failed Powers Check. She conceals this weakness by arranging for ritual swimmers to retrieve her needed herbs for her.[1]
In addition to herbal potions, Majenka can craft a variety of fetishes that can ward against enthrallment.[2]
