Minja is an NPC from the Web of Illusion module. The module designates her as outlander from the lands the PCs hail from[1], therefore providing them with a translator and guide should they need one.[2]
Minja has lived for most of her life in Pakat, Sri Raji. However, she is not of Rajian descent; rather she was adopted and raised by two native Rajians named Zind and Alissa after Minja's parents were killed trying to escape with her down the Vedama River.[1]
Minja wears a mask to conceal her identity as a outlander, under the guise that she was the survivor of a tiger attack and was badly disfigured.[2]
