Paka are evil feline humanoids who can disguise themselves as humans. They share a grudge against all humans for a forgotten reason. To this end, paka frequently take levels in the ranger class, where humans are always their favored enemy. Such rangers often gain a crew of wereleopard followers.[1]
Fitting their nature, Paka have the supernatural ability to command cats and other felines. Conversely, dogs and werewolves hold special antipathy towards them and are put off by their mere presence.[2]
Paka can be found in the following domains: Falkovnia[3], Invidia[4], Richemulot[5], Tepest[6]

Chronology
Centuries ago Persarval Hiregaard seizes the Cat’s Paw (a minor artifact) from cat cultists who had themselves acquired it following its loss by the Paka.[8]
