Proprietor, manager of, and barker for Doctor Bailey McGinnis's Traveling Marvels. Former surgeon disbarred for grave robbing. Was with Barnum and Bailey Circus and his great uncle James McGinnis Bailey, but left because of the chicanery involved. He set up his own freak show and tried to use it as a means of education about true freaks, but that didn't make much money, so he added some sensationalized fakes.
Dr. McGinnis is friendly and compassionate toward all his freak show performers, including Udo. If the PCs should kill Udo in the Jigsaw module, this will drive him to hate them. This hatred, combined with his dabbling in the occult, will slide him into corruption as one of the servants of the Red Death.[1]
