At the time of the Falling Star of 737 BC, Frantisek co-owned the Giggling Gargoyle Inn with Luther Kragula. Formerly part of Guildmaster Traders, a Thieves' Guild in Lekar. Kicked out of the Academy of Arms in Lekar for stealing a magical sword.[1]
Luther is planning on murdering Frantisek and taking the entire ownership of the tavern.[1]
