Mikel Gunderling[1] is a wizard and former prosecutor from Il Aluk who was chased out on suspicion of using black magic to achieve immortality. In truth, he was cursed by the Vistani for his overly aggressive prosecution which sent many to the gallows that likely did not deserve it.
Although immorality might seem a boon, Mikel's case is a curse. He has fallen into a deep sadness, and his memories are distorted. He is but a wanderer now. In the Baron's Eyrie's module, he is staying at the Vine and Horsehoe, but minions of the Baron kidnap him for their lord.
