Narwin E'tallin

Narwin E'tallin is the leader of the urban faction of the Children of Wrath. E'tallin has a history of criminal activity that has made him a lot more involved with humanity and other foreigners than many Sithican elves. E'tallin has become an elven supremacist and especially bigoted against humans. His extremist agenda reflects in the agenda of his underlings: no less than the purging of all non-elves from all of Sithicus. Under E'tallin's leadership, the urban Children of Wrath launch bloody (and sometimes indiscriminate) against the non-elven inhabitants of Sithicus in order to provoke an overreaction from Azrael Dak's minions. This in turn, E'tallin reasons, will eventually inspire enough elves to join the organization to give it enough power for a bloody revolution against Dak's regime.

Helvath Makira's faction of the Children of Wrath is opposed by the urban faction of Narwin E'tallin. Makira's camp fears that Narwin wil attempt a coup against them and then bring all of the group's resources under his thumb.

Narwin E'tallin was originally recruited into the Children of Wrath by Elkarah Nath, whom he met when they were both held in Soth's prisons. It is an action that Nath now regrets.
