Hecthorpe is a character from "the Freak" short story from Tales of Ravenloft. He was the stonemason of the village that Anatole the Freak belonged to. He conspired with Franklin the Stonemason, Mayor Ceccion, and Captain Emett to murder Anatole before the Headless Horseman claimed more victims. However, the Headless Horseman attacked them before they were able to act on their scheme. The Horseman decapitated Hecthorpe.[1]
