The Tribe of Hyskosa was condemned by Madame Eva for failing to stop Hyskosa and his prophecy from coming true. Before their fall from grace, they were of the Manusa Tasque and the Canjar Tribe.[1] After their fall, they have essentially became an entire tribe of darklings, most of them driven mad.[2] They blame their fate on Azalin Rex, whom they are obsessed with wreaking vengeance against.[1][2]

The tribe of Hykosa became involved with Azalin's plans for the Doomsday Gazetteers. Posing as normal Vistani guides, a group of four Hyskosa tribe darklings ambushed Azalin's agent known as "S" in Sithicus with the apparent intent to kill. However, "S" escaped the assassination attempt, but not before one of them uttered a cryptic message to her to tell to Azalin in the afterlife.[2]

Although they may have other characteristics marking them as darklings[2], each of the tribe is marked by 6 black scars extending out of the center of the left hand's palm[1][2]
