A minor character from the novel Baroness of Blood, Mihael Obour is a former baron of Kislova, though ruling on behalf of Baron Peto Casse. He is now deceased, having perished due to the machinations of his sister Ilsabet Obour
Biography

It was said Mihael received his father's rugged handsomeness and martial prowess. Baron used harsh and cruel rule to clamp down rebels during the Kislovan Civil War. Unfortunately, the war broke the moral and the pocketbook of Kislova. To bolster both, Janosk led the invasion of the nearby barony, Sundell. The invasion went badly, and Baron Pete Casse led a counter-invasion. After Peto accepted Janosk's self-imposed execution and control over in return for sparing the lives of the Obours and their allies, Peto placed Mihael upon the throne to rule on Peto's behalf.[2]
