Minor character from Carnival of Fear, Arkoo was a freak and performer at Carnival l'Morai whom had features resembling a leopard. He also had claws, great speed, and a superior sense of smell that allowed him to be a tracker. Arkoo was responsible for catching Dominick the Butcher.[1]
At the end of Carnival of Fear, The former Carnival l'Morai performers followed Hermos out of L'Morai.[2] 
If Arkoo survived the war with the City of l'Morai, he may have gone on to Isolde's new Carnival.
