Arabelle Zarovan is an NPC from the 4th Edition module Fair Barovia. She is a young Vistani seer and one of the two NPCs that might accompany the player characters on their missions throughout the module. Against the wishes of Madame Eva, Arabelle Zarovan stayed in Vallaki to wait for the next Dukkar. She also trades in information, for she is a secret agent and spy for Strahd. Yet she is not evil, for (somehow) she is unaware of his corrupt, undead nature.[1]
