Endorovich the Terrible is one of the people buried in the catacombs beneath Castle Ravenloft in Ravenloft I6 and House of Strahd. In life, he loved Marya Markovia but she loved another person. Jealous, Endorovich attempted to poison Marya's lover but instead poisoned Marya herself. The lover took the blame and was hanged, but Endorovich's guilt drove him mad, and he killed many people during his life in his madness.[1][2]
Note that Endorovich's spirit lives on as one of the incorporeal undead. He is a spectre in the original I6. In House of Strahd, he is also a spectre, though he is erroneously listed as a wraith if the players in a game recreating the original module experience.[1][2]

In Expedition to Castle Ravenloft
In this 3rd Edition remake of I6, Endorovich's backstory is much the same, though Marya is not mentioned by named (instead as a "woman of the von Zarovich court"). He is also a spectre in EtCR, but he commands two wraiths and two ghasts in the tactical encounter.[3]
In Curse of Strahd
Endorovich's spirit does lot linger on as a spectre but rather possesses the gargoyle statues in Crypt 7.[4]
