This 2nd Edition adventure module was included with Azenwrath's NPC writeup in Children of the Night: The Created. It is suspense driven relying heavily on the foreboding approach of Azenwrath to Canondale to take back its missing body parts, several statueettes and a scroll which have become holy to the people of Canondale. As Azenwrath nears, the statuettes start to move and whisper, which cause the people to believe the statuettes are warning them of some evil coming from the nearby "cursed" forest. Seffirin Hezer, the town's mayor, believes the odd events about town to be the work of the vengeful ghost Laurina Hezer, Seffirin's wife and murder victim. For levels 7-10[1]
