The Charred Raiders are a group of bandits that operate in the same territory as the Ermenus cell of the Kargat. The Raiders are often blamed for Kargat activity and that is in fact their true purpose, for the gang's leaders are both Kargat agents. Kerment, the top leader, is actually a doppelganger in diguise. His second-in-command, Caleb the Baker. is a human but nonetheless a complete psychopath. Caleb's nickname refers to his predilection for burning people alive, and it is from this tendency the Charred Raiders get their name.[1]
