Sheila and her court rule are all were-undead, the Living who hold a strain of lycanthropy that transforms them into undead instead of animals when the proper triggers occur. These were-undead keep their skills and memories and can mask their forms in illusion. Sheila herself is a were-wight and a debauched hedonist and enjoys causing fear and misery with her shapechanging powers. Her domain is filled with many were-undead horrors and other misleading illusions.[1]
