The worst of hypocrites, Archbishop Lacosta is a viled and perverse man whom covers his depraved transgressions under the veneer of faith and authority, though it is a thin veneer. Greedy, lustful, and impious, Lacosta's depravity drives away the people of his domain from the gods. He is an embodiment of everything wrong when institutional religion goes bad. Lacosta has the full abilities of a divine spellcaster, but he has become disfigured by a skin disease no divine miracle can cure.[1]
