The Freidlin family is a Mordentish family who lost a couple of young boys to the Halloway House after the children fell into the root cellar. The Freidlin boys were exploring Steadwall and ventured too near the House. Mistlings seem to be the culprit of their disappearance, though the Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins did not fight them until several years later.[1]
