Old Scrambling Sally is a figure of fearful legend spoken of in Mordentshire believed to be responsible for a string of disappearances. Supposedly, he he was one of the Shadow Fey and Seelie Court until for reasons unknown to mortal-kind Maeve removed his bone marrow and placed the marrow in a cellar hidden somewhere in Mordent. Cellar Bones thus bears the curse of wandering the cellars of people in the domain forever looking for his lost bone marrow.[1]
In reality, it was Salissar that first inspired the legends, during the time he is brought by the Mists to the sewers beneath Mordentshire. Yet this legend has somehow been imprinted onto Salissar as one of his alternate personalities.[2]
