Lela was a Vistani turned vampire spawn.
History
Lela was a member of the Moslavaric family and Kaldresh Tasque. She fell in love with and became engaged to Donani of the Bogarav family. However, shortly before the wedding, Lela was enthralled by a vampire and turned into a vampire spawn. Neither the Bogaravs nor the Moslavarics know the truth of Lela's disappearance, for they assumed Lela ran off with Hanzi, a mortu whom had been trying to woo Lela. In truth, Lela planned on using him as a sacrifice to keep up her mortal appearance. She sent undead to kill anyone that comes looking for her.[1]
