To forge the free and democratic nation of Alamos, Gilmore Anders committed multiple atrocities includng the mass murder of natives, betrayal of allies, and selling out his own soldiers. Now, several hundred years later, he is remembered as a hero and one of the Founding Fathers. However, he lingers on a ghost, tormented by the apparitions of those he transgressed. The effects of his sins often come back to haunt the living inhabitants of Alamos. Inspiration for Gilmore and his domain come from the history of the United States and Pathfinder's Andoran.[1]
