A night twist is an evil tree-like plants most notable for their haunting songs of despair. Such songs influences intelligent creatures for miles surrounding the night twist, influencing them with a crushing despair effect and forcing them to draw near, upon which time the night twist uses its phantasmal killer ability or, failing that, its powerful slams.
