Haakon Aramsen commanded the Iron Faith in Hazlan from the Iron Citadel-Fane at the western edge of Toyalis under the distant direction of Himmelsk Naeved Pieter Jergaar.[1] As Pave of Hazlan he enjoyed much greater autonomy than Lod Ragnaar who is Pave of Nova Vaasa under the thumb of the Himmelsk Naeve.[2] Still, he himself had to displease neither the Himmelsk Naeve nor Hazlik, two potent individuals with wildly incompatible natures and agendas.
