Once said to be a safe and happy refuge for Verbrekers away from the savage threats of nature, the Vale of Memory is is now a misty and foreboding valley south of the Winterfang Crests. All that remains of the formerly happy place are the ruins of abandoned farms stuffed with the bones of dead humans. The valley forms a hole in the center of Verbrek[1]
