The Portune are one of the nine major Arak races. They dwell within the Shadow Rift. They are scholars and sages. Their natural form is t In animal form, they take the shape of turtles.
The portune are one of the nine major Arak races.[1] These sagely fey are skilled alchemists[2] and the healers of the Arak[2]. Their universal skill in herbalism allows them to detect poison (like the spell) and concoct remedies to most diseases, poisons, or other similar afflictions[2]. They can even cast a small number of magical healing spells.[2][3] Portune also serve as clerks and lorekeepers.[4]
Like the other arak, the shee dwell within the Shadow Rift, where they make up about four percent of the population.[5]
