The Dagger of Arak is a magical dagger and part of the Regalia of Arak, and it affects any creature ignoring any damage reduction.[1][2]. It acts as both an assassin's dagger and a weapon of wounding[2]. It allows the wielder to make sneak attacks but does not stack with existing sneak attacks[2]. It is more powerful in the Shadow Rift and does increased damage to Gwydion[2].
As with the other Regalia, the Amulet of Arak is cursed when used by entities other than shadow fey[2]. In addition to the other curses standard to the Regalia, such owners of this artifact become increasingly insubstantial should the Dagger not be used to slay a creature daily. This punishment is only active while in the Shadow Rift, otherwise the curse manifests in an increasing feral state of existence when not used to slay the creature daily.[2].
Malinda, Princess of the Powrie, is the current wielder of the Dagger[2].
