The Erudite is a variant on the Psion class for the 3.5 Edition of the Dungeons and Dragons RPG.
Characteristics
Instead of being merely self-conscious as the Psion, the Erudite follows a scholarly path to mastering psionic power. An Erudite can only manifest a certain number of unique powers from their repertoire every day, but unlike the Psion that repertoire is limited only by what psychic knowledge the Erudite can acquire and absorb.
In effect, the Erudite is to the Psion as the Wizard is to the Sorcerer.
