Death sends undeads to patrol the streets in regular intervals but forbids any of his undead subjects from becoming permanent residents on the Darkonian side for fear of Azalin's meddling. "S" stayed here for a time while researching Necropolis. For a time 
during the Shrouded Years Despondia held stores of the Living as chattel for the Necropolitans to feast upon, but this practice is no more unless done covertly.[1]
