Captain Anzya is a captain in The Swords of Zhakata. In 738 BC she became the second commander of Fort Grasu. In 739 BC she and her Swords hunted down the bandit known as The Jackal. Unfortunately, someone claiming to be that Jackal's widow has since claimed his title and now operates in the Jackal's Run. Captain Anzya has failed to capture this new Jackal.[1]
In truth Captain Anzya has secretly taken on the mantle of The Jackal.[2] In this guise she takes only a third of all food transported through the Run. Not only does she distribute these spoils among her bandits but also to the villages located in the Run.[3]
