Tandon the Abjurer is a wizard who resides in the Land of Mists. He purchased some special Sithican rose buds from an elf named Krellantha in Har-Thelen. As of the events in When Black Roses Bloom (for which he serves as an adventure hook), he had lost contact with Krellantha and needed adventurers to reestablish contact with her.^[1]
