He is a impoverished drunkard who kidnapped Arabelle, the Vistani niece of Luvash, planning t0 make her a sacrifice to Lake Zarovich in the hope of catching more fish. He is known to trade all his fish to the Blue Water Inn for wine.^[1] He is in all likelihood an alcoholic
