The Spawn of the Lizard are described by "S" as being a humanoid resistance movement in Falkovnia, consisting principally of kobolds and benefiting from occasional goblin assistance. The group menaces the agents and challenge the rule of Drakov south of Morfenzi and north of Aerie from the Crumbling Hills in the east to the Seelewald Road in the west. The group's leader is known to Falkovnians as the Basilisk and is alleged to be a kobold of unusual height and cleverness. The hit and run tactics of guerrilla warfare are used to great effect by the group.[1]
