Nidalan legends hold that the fiery Stairs of Belenus appear over Lake Morcana under the proper astronomical conditions. The faithful may ascend this stair and be welcomed into the presence of Belenus himself. However, those whose faith is not strong and true will plummet into Lake Morcana and drown.[1]
