A Lawful Evil, Creator aspect sect of the Taiian religion. Until 742 BC, this was the dominant sect in Conquista, but the sect has been losing influence in recent years. The Sungazers advocate strict adherence to Taiia's holy book, Following the Sun, as well as an oral tradition. Whereas Following the Sun provides rules on how to worship Taiia, the oral tradition dictates social mores and forms of behaviour. The oral tradition encourages a strict segregation of society in tribes and castes, with the priest caste at the top of the heap.
