He is best known for having officially disbanded los Viejos Sagrados and having created los Hombres Valientes as a combination military, police force and secret police. Supposedly, this was meant to reduce on administrative bloat and improve the public trust in los Hombres Valientes. In practice, it only served to make them more feared as the government's judges, jury and executioners.

Foxskinner was succeeded by four unnamed presidents. His next known successor was president Jethro.
