So dead somewhere between the Requiem, which we know he survived as he was off in Sri Raji, and 755 BC. Was he killed by a Lantern Jack? VRA, p46.

His creator, Chris Nichlos(? off~~ the ~~top of my head), piped up with the fact during Mangrum's Teeny Tiny Tales project when I penned several entries using the professor~~, which ~~of course wasn't a problem~~ as ~~the entries were not written as necessarily being contemporary.
