Death's-head dice are used in Sithicus. The one is replaced on the die by a death's head. Death's-head dice is also the name of a dice game played in Sithicus, particularly at the Iron Warden. It is largely similiar to craps. Lord Soth either can roll death's heads at will or alternatively can only roll death's head. He cursed Oliver Arkwright to only be able to do the latter.
