Francine Maxwell was named Acting Chief Constable of the City Guard of Paridon in the middle of the 14th murder cycle of Bloody Jack in 755 BC. She was previously an Inspector and she replaced Chief Constable James Wortle who nearly snapped under the weight of the event.
