Faerhaaven is the strongly fortified seat of the Hiregaard family and its patriarch Sir Tristen. It overlooks the Little Borchava River in the northwestern corner of Nova Vaasa. The castle has fallen into a state of some disrepair as Sir Tristen fails to tax his peasants at a rate that would adequately cover expensives. For the same reason, the guard is not what it once was.
