The Khourx River has its source in the northeastern Mountains of Misery. It both feeds and drains Lake Korst and is ultimately subsumed near Maykle by the Vuchar River, it being a major tributary. The Khourx is navigable the Vuchar to Lake Korst, its riverboats connecting Delagia to ports up and down the Vuchar.
The Knourx River below Lake Korst is also known as the Korst River.
