L'Avenue de Progrès connects Port-a-Lucine and Chateaufaux, both in Dementlieu. It connects in Chateaufaux with the Mill Road to Mordentshire in Mordent. L'Avenue de Progrès is paved and well maintained. Stretches of the route, particularly in the vicinity of communuities, are lined with trees, principally birch and plane. There is significant traffic throughout most of the year, with the wealth and luxuries of Port-a-Lucine serving as a lure.
