Sandra Highgarden utilised the Upsurge spell in defense of the Borcan hamlet of Chiara against the Whistling Fiend. Sadly, the Whistling Fiend managed to kill Highgarden, but her actions gave her allies enough time to finish evacuating the citizens of Chiara.
