Pall Ibington[1] was a vraylok ("governor") of Hazlan, which is to say that he was one of Hazlik's satraps. Vraylok Ibington arranged for Professor Abelhous Nicholsi to inspect the remains of an illithid in 743 BC. As of 751 BC he is described as remaining a patron of the professor, which implies that he was still alive and probably still a vraylok at that time. Nothing subsequent to that is known of him.
