Ismark Indrirovich is the son of Kolyan Indrirovich, and stepbrother to Ireena Kolyana. He resided in the village of Barovia, 
Note that while Ireena's last name, Kolyana, means "daughter of Kolyan," by real-world Slavic custom, Indirovich would mean "son of Indir" (or some name similar to Indir). So Ismark should probably be Ismark Kolyanovich, if Barovian custom follows the same construction. (Kolyan is the son of Indir, and Ismark is the son of Kolyan.)
