The Slain are mostly [[corporeal undead]]: [[Necropolitan Skeleton|necropolitan skeletons]], [[Necropolitan Zombie|necropolitan zombies]],[[Necropolitan Wight |necropolitan wights]],and [[Necropolitan Lich|necropolitan liches]]. Slain [[incorporeal undead]] are [[Necropolitan Shadow|necropolitan shadows]]. Those of the Slain with feeding requirements that cannot, or can no longer, be met within the [[Shroud]] are by far those most prone to be found wandering outside it. The Slain are ruled by [[Death]].
